What is a Stem Cell?

A stem cell is a master/“mother” cell found within various tissues of the body. Stem cells have the unique ability to replicate over and over, as well as differentiate into specialized cells and tissues such as muscle, cartilage, bone, nerve, etc. One very special population of stem cells has the ability to repair and regenerate damaged tissue at any site of injury in the body.

Do You Actually Have Stem Cells in Your Products?

The answer is no. We grow stem cells in the laboratory under conditions that mimic their native environment.  We then collect the individual proteins (also known as cytokines) needed to promote and support skin cell growth. Our products do not contain actual stem cells or cell parts.

Stem cell science is advancing rapidly.  Our 2-Step Serum and Enhancer uses well proven stem cytokines favored by the medical literature for their anti inflammatory, anti-aging and natural healing properties.

Yes, TresViva is beneficial for all skin types and all skin concerns. Our products help to treat “problem skin”, and specific inflammatory conditions like hyper pigmentation or rosacea, environmental damage such as skin spots and anti-aging prevention.

Is Stem Cell Technology in the TresViva System Safe to Use?

Years of published medical literature and data support the safety profile of stem cell proteins, also known as cytokines for topical application. In the human body these cells are responsible for producing pro-healing and anti-inflammatory patterns required for optimal tissue healing and regeneration.

When Will I See Results?

Some results will very likely be apparent in a few days, after about two weeks you may notice considerable improvements..  We encourage using any skin care system for about 90 days to properly assess its efficacy.

TresViva’s ingredients are carefully managed to address a wide variety of skin concerns. Our goal is to assist you in maintaining a normal and healthy skin condition at all times.

Can I Use TresViva in Combination With Other Products?

TresViva is a skin rejuvenation system, and can be used for the entire face and eyes.  TresViva should be used before you apply makeup. The TresViva Enhancer includes a moisturizer, but you can add more moisturizer if you feel that you need it.  It is ok to apply makeup over TresViva.

How Long Does the TresViva 2-Step System Last?

There are 120 pumps in each of the Serum and Enhancer bottles.  If you are applying 3 pumps per day, one bottle will last 40 days. We recommend using our products within 1 year after opening.

Will I Get Better/Faster Result If I Use More?

Not necessarily, it also helps if your fingers are slightly wet when you apply the product.

Does TresViva Test Its Products on Animals?

TresViva does not , and never will, test on animals.

Are Your Products Fragranced?

The products do not contain any artificial or added fragrance.

Are Your Products Safe to Use During Pregnancy?

There are no contraindications to using our products during pregnancy or while breastfeeding; however, it is always best to consult with your doctor. He/she may want to review the product ingredients which are listed on the packaging.

Do Your Products Contain SPF?

We do not currently carry any products with SPF, though we hope to in the future!

When Using Products with Retinol, Should I Use Extra SPF Protection?

It’s not essential but we would advise that you use an SPF to protect your skin while using a retinol-based product. The ingredient is sensitive to sunlight so we recommend that you use any products containing retinol overnight. Protect your skin as you usually would the next day with SPF 30 but you won’t be any more vulnerable to UV rays.
